Path with Art’s mission is to foster the restoration of individuals, groups, and society from the effects of trauma through arts engagement and community-building.
As Communications Manager, I work with over 65 social service partners to develop programming for immigrant, veteran, and BIPOC communities. I have conducted dozens of focus groups and one-on-one interviews, resulting in tailored engagement materials that increased BIPOC participation levels by over 30% within my first year. This experience was extremely rewarding and refined my ability to build trust and nurture a thriving network of partnerships.
I also led the communications strategy, refined the brand expression, developed messaging guides, and built a comprehensive design system & brand hub to ensure a professional and consistent presence across diverse platforms.
“Our vision is of a world where arts engagement is recognized as transformative –– connecting the individual with self, the self with community, and communities with society. In this world, the power of arts engagement is available for all.”

Brand Hub
I built a comprehensive online brand hub with accessible templates and media kits tailored to our different audiences to enable my colleagues to communicate consistently, professionally, and on-brand.
Messaging Guidelines
I developed comprehensive messaging guidelines for the organization, encompassing talking points, style guides, and testimonial databases. Additionally, I conducted training sessions for both staff and board members to ensure consistent and effective communication. I also made it a priority to create an inclusive, trauma-informed language framework, informed by focus groups conducted with the diverse populations we serve.
“…it brought the broken pieces of my heart together.”
